I have been in the travel industry for 45 years and bring a wealth of knowledge to my clients. I began my career in travel as a reservations agent with United Airlines. I was promoted several times, and held various positions within United including Reservations Manager and Supervisor of Inflight Services.

After the radical changes to the airline industry caused by 9/11, I made the decision to pivot from United and apply my talents to a different sector of the travel industry: delivering delight to high-end, white-glove corporate travelers whose travel is complicated and expectations are quite high.
