My goal is to make your travel as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I am here for all your travel needs, whatever time zone you are in, weekends and holidays. I answer texts and emails from the gym at night, and while flying when possible, and I check in frequently even when I am on vacation. For those times when I cannot personally be there for you, I arrange for backup, so you are never left to deal with travel on your own.
If you have any issues when you are traveling, from flight delays and cancellations to lost luggage, I can get answers quickly, and you will not have to join the long line of people lined up at the airport help counter. Plus, I keep an eye on weather-related issues and monitor your flights so that I can rebook you on the best possible flights.
I understand that business plans often change. When you need a quick turnaround, you will never be in the position of being put on hold by a big travel desk. You are dealing with one person, and that is me. As your go-to person for all your travel needs, I always work on getting you the best bang for the buck.
Protravel’s affiliation with Virtuoso also provides my clients with value-added amenities at many top hotels. These often include complimentary upgrades, breakfasts, early check-in and other amenities that can make your trip more pleasant and more cost-effective. We also have access to trusted Protravel vendors who are accountable to us because of our volume.
Many of my clients also entrust their meetings to me. Some companies have in-house meeting planners, but for many, I handle everything from site selection and negotiating pricing and contracts, to restaurant reservations and in-hotel catering.
One of the more complex types of travel I arrange is for touring bands and entertainment groups. It takes a lot of organization to handle travel for up to 70 people, all coming from different destinations. I need to try to get them to arrive and depart close to the same time and to research the best accommodations for the band and crew based on their venue. There is also a lot of coordination with the tour manager because everything is always subject to change, whether it is someone’s personal emergency or a flight delay, so I am on alert 24/7 when I have a group on the road.
I love the fast pace of corporate and entertainment travel, and pride myself on my ability to turn on a dime, watch every penny and do all I can to make my travelers feel like a million while they are on the road.
