Africa offers an incredible variety of experiences, and I particularly enjoy creating journeys that combine exceptional wildlife with beautiful places, memorable experiences and time to relax.
I have arranged a wide range of luxury safaris, including stays at highly regarded properties such as Londolozi in South Africa and Singita’s luxury lodges and camps across Africa, as well as more adventurous itineraries such as self-drive journeys through Namibia. I’ve also arranged Kenya and Zanzibar combinations, giving clients the opportunity to experience safari and wildlife before finishing with some well-earned time on the beach.
There are wonderful opportunities to combine safari with the wider experiences of South Africa. A journey might include time in Cape Town and exploring the Western Cape, including the Cape Peninsula, where clients can visit Boulders Beach and see the famous African penguins, as well as whale watching in Hermanus. The journey can then continue along the Garden Route, or include time in the beautiful Winelands around Franschhoek and Stellenbosch.
For couples and honeymooners, Africa can create an incredibly memorable journey - perhaps combining an intimate safari lodge with Cape Town and the Winelands, or continuing on to the Indian Ocean for a few days of relaxation in Mauritius, Mozambique or Zanzibar. These combinations offer a wonderful balance between wildlife, adventure and time to simply unwind together.
For families, there are equally exciting possibilities, from seeing wildlife together on safari to exploring South Africa or taking a more adventurous journey through Namibia. The right itinerary can be shaped around the ages and interests of the family, with a combination of wildlife, activities, culture and relaxation.
I particularly enjoy finding the right balance between adventure and relaxation, whether that means a beautifully considered luxury safari, a multi-centre journey through South Africa, or combining several destinations to create a trip that feels completely personal to the people travelling. With so many different styles of travel possible, Africa can be shaped around each client, from the accommodation and experiences to the pace and overall journey.
