25th Anniversary Trip
This is the 4th time we have used Jennifer to plan a trip, and it was our 2nd Globus tour. To celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, we went to Greece on the Globus Island Hopper tour. It was simply amazing. Everything was taken care of for us from the minute we left until the minute we returned. Worth every penny. The only little disappointment that we had was that we wanted to go to Crete. Jennifer had recommended that we work with the Globus tour guide to arrange that, but it ended up not being possible as the ferry times didn't work with our schedule. Other than that, it was a trip of a lifetime.
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends
Jennifer L. Smith responded:Thank you so much for your wonderful review! It means the world to me that you continue to trust me with your travels, and I’m so happy to hear that Greece was everything you hoped it would be! It’s unfortunate that we couldn’t make Crete work with the ferry schedule, as the timing simply didn’t align with your itinerary. Hopefully, we can get Crete on the list for a future adventure! It’s always such a pleasure working with you both, and I truly appreciate your continued trust and support.

A perfect trip!
Our cruise on the Rotterdam was truly excellent. Our room was lovely and impeccably clean. The food in all venues was amazing. We dined mostly in Club Orange. We kept commenting that each meal was better than the last. The specialty restaurants were very good as well. Holland America is now our favorite cruise line. One more thing, we used the direct luggage plan,so we did not need to schlep our bags to the airport, they went directly to Phila airport. Really helpful to us. Also the staff everywhere on board were kind and helpful.

Great help all around
Jennifer helped tremendously on our recent cruise. She spent a lot of time booking speciality restaurants for 6 . Then helped to change airline because of Boing max problems. Could not have done this better myself.
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends
