Mary Gladstone has been my travel agent for well over 25 years. She was my travel agent before online airline and hotel booking sites existed. I confess that I have sometimes checked out online sites and Mary consistently gets me better rates across the board then any such sites. Using Mary via email is easier, quicker, cheaper and costs me less time as she can instantaneously access all available options and deals more efficiently than what online sites provide. Also, working with Mary allows a personal connection to hotels and venues so that any special requests and upgrades are accomplished. There are some things that the internet cannot improve upon. Mary Gladstone is one of those things, the original is better.

We arrived home from our trip safely yesterday afternoon. Thank you so much for your help and support for making a wonderful family vacation for us with lots of wonderful memories. Everything came off without a hitch. All of the accommodations, activities and tours were perfect. Everyone showed up on time and treated us wonderfully. The Segway tour in Paris, the bike ride in Versailles, the cooking class in Rome were all remarkable.
