Hard to decide after using Bonnie for 25 years
We started using Bonnie when we moved to San Diego in 1995 and have been her fan since, even after we moved to the East coast and meanwhile to Europe. Bonnie is handling ALL of our travel needs, even the ones within Europe. I have referred her to friends and business associates and everyone I referred her to is now also using her exclusively for their travel needs. Her contacts within the travel industry and especially her personal relationships to Hotel managers all over the world have helped countless times with reservations when Hotels were already sold out, upgrades and special attention upon check-in. We never had such a dedicated travel agent. Bonnie travels frequently herself but no matter where in the world or in the air she might be, she is always reacting on inquiries promptly. I have often last minute changes on my international travels. Bonnie always understands, is patient and able to accommodate my last minute needs. Bonnie usually makes the impossible possible.
