With decades of experience in the travel industry, I’ve built a career rooted in problem-solving, operational excellence, and a deep passion for helping others explore the world. My journey began when I stepped in to assist a struggling travel agency with their paperwork—what started as a simple favor quickly evolved into booking clients, managing group travel, and developing a deep understanding of the travel business.
Eventually, my husband and I opened our own agency in Pasadena, which we successfully ran for many years. As the industry evolved, we recognized the value of being part of a larger network and transitioned our agency into a branch of Protravel. This move allowed us to offer our clients and fellow advisors access to world-class resources, vetted global suppliers, and exclusive amenities.
While the tools and technologies have changed over the years, the heart of the work remains the same: creating seamless, memorable travel experiences. Whether it’s a dream vacation or a critical business trip, I take pride in ensuring every detail is handled with care. I find great satisfaction in supporting others—whether that means resolving complex issues behind the scenes or helping advisors and clients navigate the ever-changing travel landscape.
