From start to finish, Laura was there for me 110%. She was available by phone almost all the time, and when not available by phone, she quickly responded via emails and text messages. She was able to intuit what would be the best hotels and activities for me and was able to secure great deals at 5 star hotels. She never lost patience with me when I called her with problems and questions and anxiety before and during the trip. Laura really goes above and beyond what is required of her as a travel agent and, in addition, she is a very kind and compassionate person who truly cares about her clients. As a single woman and solo traveler, I felt very safe and taken care of due to Laura always being there for me and ready to help out if needed. I can’t imagine any travel agent doing a better job than Laura. She is the best of the best !

Laura was the ultimate travel agent. She had travelled to Thailand herself so she was able to offer suggestions from her own experience as well as draw on the expertise of her fellow agents. We had many factors to juggle as we wanted to see as much as possible while working around my daughter's schedule who was teaching in Thailand. Laura was patient and diligent as we explored endless itineraries. The result was a fabulous trip. Laura had everything planned for us from start to finish and available on an app as well as sending us a hard copy. She also followed up with us while we were on our trip while she herself was travelling in China. We were extremely pleased with Laura's help and I already have two friends that are using her for their trips.
