Spent two weeks in Spain this past October. By far the best trip start to finish. The last day was as great as the first twelve. Location was perfect, the guides and the experiences were exceptional. Art was spectacular. We saw and did more in one half day than we could have done on our own in half a week.

Tammy understands our preferences and provides excellent insights and suggestions to maximize our travel time and budget. Always quickly responsive, she has helped us from planning stages through excursion selections. If we have encountered unanticipated difficulties during a trip, she has helped to resolve those regardless of geographical and time differences between us. She is honest, fair and professional. I first met Tammy in 2005 when she was helping a group from my church plan a trip to Alaska. She suggested a cruisetour that would work for folks of all ages and abilities. She came to the church, met with us, and answered questions. The resulting trip was wonderful, there were about 25 of us. After Tammy did such a great job for the church group, I chose to use Tammy for all my travels. In the 20 years since then, she has suggested new products and new destinations. Specifically with regard to Alaska, Tammy had advance notice of a new company with small-ship cruises (under 100 passengers) and sent me with them on their first trip. It was perfect, something I never would have found on my own – I and other friends have traveled with them under Tammy’s guidance many times and to many destinations since then. Tammy has also treated me to local presentations by other tour operators, an exclusive opportunity to meet company personnel I would be travelling with and hear and see examples of what the tour would include – such valuable information. Tammy has a vast network of connections that enable her to suggest the best products to meet my desires (even when I don’t know what I want!)

Tammy genuinely cares about my travel experiences. She takes the time to understand what kinds of trips, activities, and adventures I’m seeking and tailors each trip with that in mind. And, she’s responsive when I’ve reached out, both in the planning stage and when I’ve needed help during a trip. She’s great!
