In May we decided to take a trip to Alaska in July. I reached out to Herlene and told her what we were thinking. She immediately got to work and found us a land tour and a cruise that fit within our schedule. Every recommendation she made including food packages, excursions, and hotels were right one. It was an amazing vacation. It is one that we will talk about forever. Herlene was fantastic to work with. She took care of planning everything and the only thing we had to worry about was getting to the airport on time. She took all of the anxiety out of planning the trip. We wouldn't have been able to pull this all together in such a short time without her help. If you're planning a trip to anywhere, I would highly recommend that you work with Herlene.

Herlene is great to work with! She worked with us in 2020 to help plan our Honeymoon...and then did all that work again when our original trip was shut down. She gave us many itinerary options to choose from (despite our vague request of "a cruise in Europe would be nice"). Herlene booked everything for us - flights, hotels, and cruise. As someone who typically does the research and planning for a trip, it was nice working with someone who was on top of every detail and great at communicating those details to us. Even when I had a question the day we left on our trip, she promptly responded to my email. We had a fantastic delayed honeymoon and we're thankful we worked with Herlene to finally make it happen!

Easy! We told Herlene where we wanted to go, when we wanted to go, and how much we wanted to spend and she got back with us the next day with three resort options. She took care of everything and laid it all out for us. This honestly was the easiest trios we’ve ever taken.

Herlene has always provided us with outstanding advice and service, and this trip, our first since the pandemic, was no exception. She offered great suggestions about possible destinations, and her advice about how to handle insurance and flights as the world still deals with COVID was sensible. She went to bat for us when a tour company was reluctant to honor an advertised discount and succeeded in persuading them to give us an even better deal. She also got great flights and airline seats for us.
We have worked with Herlene many times to plan trips, and this experience was absolutely typical; she has taken the trouble to get to know us well enough to be able to recommend tours and accommodations that suit our interests and budget; thanks to her thorough research, we know that we can have confidence in her knowledge of tour companies, airlines, and other providers; and she is always thoughtful and painstaking in her dealings with us.

Herlene made our search for our honeymoon destination as easy as possible. She provided multiple options at different places that all provided exactly what we were looking for. Our chosen resort was perfect and made for a perfect honeymoon. I could not believe how simple Herlene made everything, from coordinating our fights, to our shuttles and resort stay.
