In the early 90's, I was at a crossroads in my life. Simply put, I did not know what I wanted to be when I grew up. This was years before the Internet, so I did what those in my situation did at the time, which was to go to a bookstore and find a resource for career hunters.
I found a book with a questionnaire designed to help find the ideal job, and “travel agency” was the workplace recommended for me. I found a job in the travel industry with an agency that was new at the time, and I stayed with them for almost 20 years. By the end of my time there, I was working almost entirely with corporate accounts and only making leisure bookings if one of my business clients wanted to go on vacation. In early 2019, somebody I knew in the airline industry recommended contacting powerhouse travel agency Tzell, so I made the move!
Today, I book travel for National Hockey League teams, and I also have a client in the innovative automobile industry. These may be very different businesses, but my selling points are the same: I am reliable and discreet; I can be trusted to keep identities and itineraries under wraps; and most importantly, I understand my customers’ travel needs inside and out.
