My yen for exotic travel was established early with a high school graduation trip to Hawaii, and the experience prompted me to swap my business-school plans for a career in travel ~I've never looked back. My own journeys have taken me to every continent (except Antarctica -- too cold!) and exposed me to most wonders of this world. The apex of my travels include roughing it on a safari in Africa, reaching places even most adventurers never see, and camping in the shadow of elephants and giraffes.

But I've also been fortunate enough to be steeped in the luxury of the finest hotels and resorts in England, France, Germany, the Caribbean and, most recently, Iceland! Helping clients realize such adventures is a passion that has spurred my lifelong career in travel.

My other passion is helping animal shelters and related organizations. Our dog, Holly, was rescued from the woods of Central Massachusetts after she spent more than six weeks there hobbled with a coyote trap on her leg. Her adopted "brother," our beloved Buddy, was also a rescue dog.
