My partner and I decided to go to Thailand but didn't know where to begin planning a trip until our friend recommended contacting Connie Walsh. She made it so easy and we couldn't thank her enough for the options she suggested. It ended up being an amazing trip. She helped us navigate both Bangkok and Chiang Rai. She also hooked us up with great guides on the ground like Nattapong Bobo Nat Jongboonsab. And did I mention that she's great to deal with and a lot of fun?

I’ve worked with Connie Walsh on the custom design of three international group tours. Connie created and operated a 14-day culinary tour in France’s Lyon and Provence for us. Our days were a kaleidoscope of vineyard visits, market tours, and cooking classes interspersed with art and cultural experiences. Many of the well-traveled 14 people on our tour – myself included – declared it one of our most memorable European trips. Through Connie and Forks on the Road, we explored Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region. We made pasta, met artisanal cheese, prosciutto di Parma and honey producers, as well as the region’s famed black pigs. She also booked a luxury cruise for 20 of us on the Mekong River and book-ended it with stays in Vietnam and Cambodia. We all loved the boutique hotels she selected on each of the tours and were impressed with her network of guides. Additionally, Connie made individual pre & post-tour arrangements for some of the group members. All were pleased. Highly recommended!

I have been on two group tours ( customized for culinary professionals) - with Connie and Forks on the Road, One to the UK and another to Emilia Romagna, Italy. Both were terrific!
