Our trip to Japan was spectacular due to Courtney's skills at putting together life-changing travel. We were in Japan for 22 days and visited Tokyo, Osaka, Hiroshima, Miyajima, Kyoto and Hakone. From beginning to end, our travel went smoothly and without a hitch. From the moment we landed at Haneda airport until we were taken back to the airport, the guides that had been arranged were fluent in English and had vast knowledge of every area that we visited. With them, there was no language barrier and we would never have had as fulfilling an experience. The bullet trains can be tricky, the stations massive, and until you understand the system, a guide is necessary. The hotel choices and excursions that Courtney gave us to choose from were all wonderful and even if we made a change, it was handled without missing a beat. I would go back to Japan, but I know that our experience was beyond amazing because of Courtney's attention to detail and travel planning expertise.

We had the most amazing trip to Boca Raton, and it’s all thanks to our incredible travel agent! From start to finish, everything was seamless. She helped us book the villas, which were absolutely perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids — spacious, comfortable, and ideal for traveling with little ones. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, from arranging shuttles into the main resort (which made getting around so easy) to coordinating an onsite babysitter for one evening so the adults could enjoy a night out. That alone was such a gift and made the trip feel both relaxing and special. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and truly unforgettable. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing — just show up and enjoy. I would recommend her over and over again to anyone looking to plan a family getaway that feels effortless and luxurious. Can’t wait to book our next trip!
