A luxury travel, customer service, sales, and operations professional, my first experience within the travel industry was as a concierge at the Fairmont Hotel Washington DC.
A native of Lansing, Michigan, I was a top junior tennis player who made my way out to Malibu to play Division I tennis at Pepperdine University, eventually being a part of the 2006 National Championship Tennis Team. At Pepperdine, I developed lifetime friendships with my international team mates and classmates, a deep admiration for their diverse backgrounds and cultures...and, most importantly, I met my future wife, my very own "California girl."
As a commitment to each other, my wife and I currently take at least one domestic trip and one international trip each year. With our two new little ones, we are continuing this tradition to expose them to a broad worldview and respect for other people and cultures.

By far the most stress free vacation ever
Our trip to Italy was amazing and seamless from the moment we stepped off of the plane. I have spent most of my adult life traveling to Europe and been to Italy multiple times (7) and this was by far the most stress free easy vacation ever. It was really the little details that were all thought out and and planned for that made it so remarkable. I had a point of contact every step of the way and was truly guided through each location personally by a representative of the team. It allowed us to relax and focus on the trip and having fun and if for any reason we needed a change to our itinerary, a simple text message and it was handled. The service and the end result ensured I will be a repeat customer and am already planning two upcoming trips with Kevin.

Changed the way we travel for the better
Kevin and Ubique Travel have changed the way we travel for the better! All of the stress of planning was alleviated and the biggest obstacles usually encountered while traveling abroad were mitigated so that we could just enjoy! What a treat!! Most important instrumetn of our vacation
Kevin was the most important instrument of our vacation! he joined California & Spain in MAURITIUS. Being an island of honeymoon and family travel, it was hard to find twin/queen bedrooms. Kevin went to all troubles to find what we were looking for and kept direct contact with the reservation manager to ensure all was dealt with. We can highly recommend him to any discerning traveler searching to wander the world.......??

Attention to detail, patience, and kindness
If we could give Kevin Borzenski of Ubique Travel 6 Stars for his service, we certainly would do so! However, it only allows us to give up to 5 stars which we enthusiastically did! Kevin has booked several trips for us since we discovered his Travel Agency last year. His attention to detail, his patience, and his kindness and enthusiasm are over the top! On our most recent trip, we had a last minute need to extend our resort stay for two more nights. We wanted to get our Virtuoso benefits as well as remain in our same suite at the same rate. We hated to contact him so late but around 10:30pm his time, we sent him a text with our situation. Kevin responded back almost immediately, and because of his professional connections and his outstanding service everything went perfectly! We had a wonderful rest of our trip! We highly recommend Kevin for any of your travel needs!

Staying up late!
Kevin did an outstanding job of researching and organizing our recent trip to the San Juan Islands and to Vancouver. His thoroughness and responsiveness were greatly appreciated. He even went out of his way to stay up until midnight to get us a restaurant reservation at a highly coveted spot in Vancouver! We will use Kevin again without hesitation and have recommended him to a number of our friends who frequently travel.

Anniversary in Italy and Spain
Kevin was instrumental in the success of our very first trip to Italy (and Spain) in March 2022. My husband and I travelled for 15 nights to celebrate our 26th anniversary, in a total of 4 cities. It was our first experience using a Virtuoso travel agent - and boy were we impressed! The entire trip was curated and personalized down to the tiniest details. Kevin really listened and understood what type of experience we were looking for, created our itinerary and delivered big. I can confidently say, that had we planned our own trip, we would have missed out on the gems of boutique hotels and private excursions that really made our experience so special. Northern Lights - detailed itinerary
Kevin and UBIQUE assisted us with a trip to see the Northern Lights. Kevin was able to use his experience and network to ensure that we had a broad experience-filled itinerary with some wonderful off the main road accommodations. He prepared a detailed day-by-day online itinerary that was dynamic for inevitable changes in connections etc. that made it easy to see what was coming up and to get us to the right place at the right time with the right paperwork! There were special touches for birthdays in the family whilst we were away that Kevin arranged - a very nice surprise for them. I will be a repeat client.

Multi-gen Thanksgiving - Los Cabos
Kevin helped us with a most wonderful family vacation to the Montage in Cabo San Lucas this past Thanksgiving week. Every detail was executed with professionalism and care. Epic Anniversary Trip!
Where do we begin?! From start to finish Kevin made our long awaited anniversary trip to Italy absolutely incredible! Through the planning process and days leading up to our magical trip Kevin did not leave any details out. During our travels to Florence, Pisa, Lucca, IL Borro, Tuscany, and Rome he always checked in and also made some last minute changes for us, seamlessly. We are excited to plan another trip with Kevin in the future and have already shared him with good friends for their trip to Spain. This was our first time using a travel expert. Every day we said, “Kevin is awesome” because everything was absolute perfection. We had the trip of a life time and look forward to new adventures with Kevin’s guidance both abroad and in the US.
