Growing up with a mother in the airline industry allowed me to travel often and ignited my love of visiting new cities. I was fortunate enough to study abroad in London during college and spent several years living on the California Coast.

I began a career in meeting planning over 14 years ago and after honing my skills on corporate conferences and meetings, felt a pull to explore the world of luxury travel and incentives. I joined the in-house Meetings and Events Department at Valerie Wilson Travel in 2014 where the scope of my responsibilities included arranging a wide breadth of programs, from intimate board meetings, to destination weddings across the Caribbean and Europe. From there, I branched out to take on more leisure-based clients and groups. I love having the opportunity to plan a family’s yearly getaway or special milestone celebration!

In 2015, I was invited to participate in ILTM Cannes Rising Stars luncheon with Travel & Leisure. I have also appeared in Virtuoso Traveler Magazine.

Great Trip Thanks to Kacey!

This was our first time using a travel consultant and Kacey exceeded all of our expectations! We did a 5 week trip with numerous destinations and the entire trip was seamless to us. Kacey was responsive to our questions, gave us excellent recommendations and she was also able to accommodate a couple of last minute requests that we had. We found Kacey to be so personable and helpful and we will definitely use her for future trips.

Incredible 6 week trip within Northern Italy!!!

The best travel agent we've ever worked with!

Kacey helped us plan our last-minute honeymoon with such ease and positive energy. With our busy work schedules, she was able to pull together ultra lux and perfect options for us with availability during the busy season! She was available over the phone and email, and once we settled on our hotels and flights, she set up the rest! She served as our professional liaison with the hotels and resorts, and even had framed photos from our wedding (how did she get them?!) greeting us at each hotel upon arrival with sweet and bubbly treats. She worked within our budget and gave her professional opinions every step of the way, and her experience and dealings with similar clients really made us feel relaxed and taken care of every step of the way.
