We had a marvelous trip to Kenya and Tanzania that was planned by Florence Holmes and her partners in Africa. The trip was flawless! Every aspect of the trip was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We so appreciate all the planning, guidance and expertise that Florence lead in putting together our journey to Africa.

From start to finish, Florence was with us all along the way. Not only is she a talented, savvy travel enthusiast, Florence is incredibly organized and responsive when those inevitable travels bumps arise while abroad. She also advocates for her clients to make sure they receive value for her services, which we certainly did! Our most recent trip involved multiple stops in an area neither my wife nor I had traveled extensively. Florence worked with us to create an experience catered towards us with some added suggestions we'd never thought of that turned out to be just the ticket! One of the most helpful things about working with Florence, outside of immediately responding to our texts at all times throughout the day, was the travel app that organized all of our hotel reservations, train tickets, rental and rental car information. What a handy tool. Lastly, at each stop on our trip, Florence added a special touch that really made the difference. Whether it was a note welcoming us to a new town, a chilled bottle of wine, some chocolate, or simply a breakfast the next morning, Florence has a way of making you feel at home even when far from it. Thank you, Florence!

Florence was fantastic helping us plan a surprise trip for our 40th anniversary -- When I first contacted her explaining that we (my grown children and I) wanted to plan a trip celebrating our 40th anniversary with the children surprising my husband by coming too -- she was great. She asked several good questions about where would we like to go, what we would like to see and experience -- what were the most important factors that would make our trip special. After we shared our thoughts, she then sent us several destinations to consider -- all within the budget we had discussed. She was patient as we pondered each one and was good about sharing her thoughts and experiences when we had questions. When we decided where to go -- she then took great care to make all the arrangements for us. She even helped us with trip insurance - and rented the perfect rental car for us - introduced us to the concierge at our destination - and finalized special plans for us. She made this trip so easy for us -- She did all the work and I can't tell you how very pleased we were with all that she arranged for us. It was such a fun trip and just truly a wonderful experience and we owe it all to Florence. Can't wait to ask for her help when we get to plan again. She is definitely the best!

Our cruise on the Silver Muse (Silver Seas) was amazing. The ship is gorgeous, the staff is fantastic and everything that Florence arranged, from beginning to end, was above and beyond. The pre and post hotels and tours were great. The transportation was such a nice relief from taxis and ride shares. Very professional and comfortable. She handled all of our arrangements which made everything seamless.
