Arlene is passionate, thoughtful, energetic and gracious. She literally offered her services to help plan our trip to Norway 24 hours a day and I had questions 24 hours a day. She truly is an ardent promoter of all things Norway. She sent us photos and videos prior to our trip. We also had a family emergency arise during our trip and had to cancel many of the plans. She was as helpful and intentional about helping us cancel as she had been about booking the trip the first time.

Arlene is a pleasure to work . To say my trip was last minute is an understatement, but Arlene signed on to help me figure out the most amazing three weeks in Scandinavia. She is responsive, creative and resourceful and does an excellent job of understanding the type of traveler you are and curating the trip uniquely for you.
