Having grown up traveling around the world, I had the travel bug at a young age and it has continued to this day. I have always been passionate about luxury travel/service and have planned many personal trip for myself and my wife over the years, which then extended to planning travel for close friends/family and often sharing our well-curated itineraries from our previous trips. And, now, I took the next step in becoming a luxury travel advisor. I love the little details and traveling is all about escape and having an extraordinary service experience. Having someone like myself who thinks about the best room/suite for you and a GM and team who will take care of you; the best airline, plane type, and cabin which will keep you most comfortable and offer the latest product; the perfect transfer car type/or even expedited greeter to whisk you through the airport after landing from a long flight; the best local spot for dinner - all these are items which I love to research and create for others in order to provide them with an unforgettable trip.

I have worked with Ritam in planning multiple vacations, and he truly is world-class at what he does. It's clear that he prioritizes building deep relationships with GMs and other key contacts at properties across the globe, and as a result, we always get truly personalized service and care during our stays planned by Ritam. He also is very knowledgeable about many other aspects of travel and luxury, including airlines, cars, boats, VIP services, etc, to ensure the full travel experience is amazing from start to finish.

Amazing luxury getaways
Ritam has planned a number of luxury getaways for my husband and me. We feel like VIPs whenever he books our trips. It’s clear he has a great relationship with properties. Most recently we were at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach and we loved it. Ritam helped organize a very special welcome for us on our anniversary and ensured we had a great time.

Thoughtful and Curated Trips
We have used Mr. Bhalla for several trips, ranging from weekend getaways to multi-city international destinations, and every trip has been a executed with the needs of our whole family in mind, and has included one-of-a-kind experiences that would be hard to find otherwise. On a multi-city India trip, when there was a flight cancellation, Mr. Bhalla worked with the local team and didn’t just rebook us, but tweaked the itinerary for the day so we could experience a local high-end gaming lodge, which became a highlight of the trip. Japan
Ritam planned my first trip to Japan and my two week trip there was a beautiful dream - the lodging, food and guides were all the best. Ritam's knowledge of the country, hotels, ryokans, food, culture and people was the key factor in making this trip so special. I am completely in love with Tokyo and Kyoto and that is due to the great guides he arranged for. I love the culture and food of Japan in large part to the variety of top restaurants that Ritam booked for me. Ritam is easy to work with, knowledgeable, responsive, and is accurate and precise in his work. I use him for all my special vacations now.
