I have 40 years of travel experience from being a Travel Agency owner in the 90's to working for American Express Platinum Travel in the 2000's.
From cruises, customized tours, continuing education cruises, family travel, luxury experiences, corporate events - there is no area that I have not touched in my vast travel background.

A Skilled and Excellent Travel Professional
I have had the good fortune of having the benefit of Kristin's expertise and skill on many trips. She is an excellent and experienced travel professional! My personal favorite of her many great qualities is her accessibility and responsiveness. She's always available when needed to weigh in on or resolve an issue....even when she's out of the office traveling herself. Because she is so good, I have followed her as she has moved from a prior agency to ProTravel. In addition to her professional capabilities, she's a wonderful person and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend her highly!

Kristin is the BEST!!!

Top Drawer Travel Agent
My husband and I had a very bad experience with a previous long term travel agent. We did a very thorough interview process with a number of travel agents and Kristin rose to the top. Our experiences with Kristin so far have been extremely professional and thorough. She has set up a number of trips for us, handled problems with our previous travel agent and her follow up has been beyond expectations.

Our special celebratory vacation!
Kristin was exceptionally professional, helpful, and thorough in helping us plan our special trip. Having never been to Kuaui, we reached out to her for recommendations since she has extensive travel knowledge and expertise. She is very knowledgeable of many locations and activities not only in Hawaii, but all over the world. We gave her our wish list and some general parameters for our trip. She very quickly provided us information on several resorts, price points, and flights. She also provided us information about Kuaui and activities on the island. She did all the leg work and provided us with choices. It was the easiest trip that we have ever planned! This is a special trip to celebrate our 60th birthdays and 35th wedding anniversary! We’re booked and can’t wait for the trip! So excited! We would never book a special trip without her help and advice!

Honeymoon!
Kristin has been assisting my family with travel plans for as long as I can remember, even back to her days working for American Express travel! She also recently assisted me and my wife with our honeymoon to Fiji, which we would likely not have even been able to go on if not for her. We had delay issues, missed a connecting flight, had to rebook our hotel for different dates and even needed to file an insurance claims for excess funds spent as a result of the delay. None of which we would have been able to handle on our own! A true professional with a true passion for her job. Couldn't recommend her more.
