He later joined the executive team at Tripadvisor for 12 years, ultimately serving as a President and overseeing global travel services—including flights, cruises, rental cars, and vacation rentals—across 52 countries. He also led other travel brands including CruiseCritic and SeatGuru, giving him deep insight into what makes a trip truly unforgettable.
