I specialize in VIP travel management, with 14 years of experience planning everything from high-stakes, multi-city international swings to tightly scheduled business trips and complex family vacations. 

I don’t just book travel - I operate as a strategic partner, managing the entire travel operation. That includes commercial or charter air, ground transportation, hotel coordination, green room setups, luggage logistics, expedited passport and visas, and more. When needed, I also coordinate travel for security details and support staff, and provide on-the-ground staffing to execute high-touch programs in real time.

For over a decade, I booked and managed travel for a former president – both at The White House and in his post-presidency family office – gaining deep expertise in VIP travel. I speak the language of executive support teams, schedulers, and security leads - minimizing back-and-forth, building in contingency plans, and helping to ensure every trip runs smoothly under pressure.
