Best cruise EVER!

Noreen was the best travel agent I’ve ever worked with. She helped me get on the wind start sailing through French Polynesia. She answered every question that I had. No problem was too big or too small for her to deal with. I would highly recommend her and a cruise on the wind star.

Our anniversary cruise

This was a makeup cruise and Noreen handled all the complicated details including champagne in our room for our 68th anniversary and special help getting on and off the ship. She checked with us often to make everything go smoothly down to the level of wi-fi communication.

Best trip in years!

Noreen facilitated all the details and travel for our trip, including but not limited to Hotel, airfare, transportation. She always does the research to give us the best more affordable options. Noreen always follows up to make sure our experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Trip of a lifetime!

Noreen has helped my husband and I many times in planning memorable vacation. This time was extraordinary! We visited Milan and then stayed in the Bellagio area of Lake Como. Noreen found the perfect hotel for us, G.H. Villa Serbelloni. The location was great, she arranged a Venetian style boat ride around areas of the lake. We also had a driver for one day to see more areas and have lunch on the veranda at Hotel D’Este. Noreen arranged all transportation to and from airports and our flights details. We would highly recommend Noreen for your local or international needs!

Best cruise yet!

There are not adequate words to describe the over-and-beyond service provided by Noreen for our Great Lakes cruise. She invested many hours securing the best air schedules to/from Palm Springs (which is never easy). With apparent ease (but actually with a lot of effort) she transferred reservations from one person scheduled on the cruise to another person. While on the cruise and needing additional information, she was "at the ready" on a Saturday! Noreen pays great attention to details, communicates well, and is truly interested in her clients having the absolute best experience. Have worked with Noreen multiple times and have always been very pleased.
