Best trip to the BVIs
We had the best anniversary trip to Little Dix Bay thanks you Virginia Moore! She planned so many fun activities from scuba diving a 1860s steam sailer wreck followed by a boat day to incredible dinners that allowed us to explore the island!

Cabo Family Trip
My wife and I took 3 boys to Cabo in July - ages 6, 3, and 2. We went to Virginia early on asking where we could take on this daunting challenge of a family vacation with young kids and she suggested multiple options - in a good way it was hard to narrow it down due to the high quality of each suggestion. All great choices. We eventually settled on the Montage Los Cabos because Virginia suggested it would be a great fit for our family and what we were trying to accomplish with this trip. She knocked it out of the park in terms of lining up every single detail making our trip special. It was the perfect spot for our family and we couldn't have picked an easier person to work with than Virginia.

Turks and Caicos 40th Birthday Celebration
We had an incredible experience working with Virginia for my wife's 40th birthday trip to Turks and Caicos. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us decide on the perfect destination and resort. Her recommendation of the Wymara Resort was absolutely spot on.
What really set her apart was the level of service and attention to detail. She handled virtually every aspect of the trip, including resort booking, airport transportation, dinner reservations, and all of the logistics that can make travel stressful. Because of her planning, we were able to simply relax and enjoy the experience.
Everything was seamless from start to finish, and her recommendations helped make my wife's milestone birthday truly memorable. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise were evident throughout the process, and it gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing we were in good hands.

Most incredible trip ever!
Wow, I truly do not have enough amazing things to say about Virginia and the trip she planned for our honeymoon! My husband and I traveled to the Puglia region of Italy, Athens Greece, and Paros Greece. It was the best trip of our lives and using Virginia made everything so smooth and perfect.
We had private transfers to and from the airports, she helped make reservations for experiences like boat days, tours, wine tastings and dinners, we stayed at the most amazing resorts with the best staff who helped us with anything we needed on site, and had 24/7 support numbers from her local teams who were always checking in.
The whole process of planning was wonderful too. She made various trip versions so we could choose the perfect one for us, adjusted everything based on our preferences, and truly got to know us which was obvious as the places and experiences were exactly what we wanted. She was so communicative and professional. We will never plan a big trip without her services and we will be talking about our honeymoon for the rest of our lives!

Had the time of my life!!
Virginia planned the best trip for the group of women. She had a great mix of activities and there was something for everyone! She is very detail oriented which made traveling for a week very easy! Transportation and accommodations were perfectly planned!

Amazing girls trip!
We traveled to Greece with a group of 13 women in total. We all did not know each other before the trip and Virginia‘s planning catered to everyone involved and made for such a wonderful trip! I made lifelong friends and can’t wait to do it again!

Special trip with Grands!
We take trips with each of our 12 grands when they hit fifteen or sixteen. This is first time we have used someone to plan the trip. Virginia made this trip to Costa Rica so easy and special. We stayed 2 places, Rio Perdido near the mountains and Capitan Suezo at the beach. All of the transports were perfect, timely. Virginia set up all of our excursions: surfing, zip lining, horses, catamaran with dinner. We loved them all.

An amazing Greece honeymoon!
Virginia was truly amazing to work with when planning our honeymoon! We changed our destination at the last minute, and she quickly put together the perfect itinerary with no hesitation. She planned several excursions throughout our trip such as a boat day, wine tour, cooking class, and sunset cruise, and each one was an awesome experience. The logistics of the trip were completely handled thanks to her, so we did not have to worry about anything. Our time in Greece was incredible, and we are so grateful for Virginia making it such a memorable experience from start to finish!

Clinton/Johnson France trip 2026
Trip was nothing short of spectacular. Exceeded our expectations. Every detail appeared to be anticipated and handled. Would absolutely recommend the use of local guides and private transportation. That alone alleviated so much stress and enriched the overall experience. Sure, you can make all of your own arrangements and rent a car. But, we would without hesitation, highly recommend allowing Virginia to take care of all the details. This is a “once in a lifetime “ trip. Why spend most of your valuable time worrying about transportation and standing in lines? Our advice is get a local guide and driver and let Virginia take care of it. She provided top notch service. Her superb knowledge base was obvious from the start. We benefited greatly from it. We were amazed that we could see and do as much as we did and not experience any hitch in our plans. That doesn’t happen by accident. It is the result of excellent travel planning and execution.

Spring Break in FRANCE
Virginia planned our trip to Normandy and Paris and gave us countless options for activities, meals, and extra special experiences. She guided us in the planning process and was always so quick to respond to all of my many questions. Our hotel rooms were beautiful and every single transfer and guided tour was great, prompt, and very informative. She has so much knowledge based on her extensive traveling and it was helpful for us even while we were away to text her with questions. We love Virginia and will use her wonderful services again!!

Such an easy experience!
Virginia was so quick to respond to any questions my mom and I had which was so helpful. She gave great recommendations. LOVED all the tours she booked for us, especially the tour guides. Everything she helped us book was so cared for and went the extra mile. Loved all the little details she put into our trip like the bottle of wine in our room, and the gift bag of goodies before we left. a perfect week in Costa Rica
Virginia was wonderful. She was a delight to chat with on the planning side…and her services FAR surpassed our expectations. We are frequent travelers but I was perplexed at how to handle some of the travels within Costa Rica. A friend suggested I reach out to Virginia. Virginia took over the entire trip, making it not only seamless, but extraordinary. The room upgrades, the gifts, the app itinerary…it really could not have been better!

Honeymoon of our dreams!
Virginia was a pleasure to work with during the planning process of figuring out where to go/stay and what reservations to make. Amazing Hotel Finds
We reached out to Virginia to help us find hotels for two different trips (NYC and Boston), and Virginia was incredibly helpful! I looked and debated for hours to try to find hotels that checked all of the boxes. I should have reached out to Virginia sooner! Both recommendations were fabulous, and she even helped us get room upgrades, and hotel food credit (breakfast, room service, etc). I love a good hotel, and even though we didn't spend a ton of time in the hotels, even my husband agreed that the hotel choices made our trips even better!

Wonderful week in wine country.
Thanks to Virginia Moore travel my daughter and I enjoyed an awesome first (certainly not our last) trip to the Sonoma and Napa wine region. Virginia’s attention to detail ensured that we had a completely seamless experience with two different fabulous resorts. We even got complimentary room upgrades and welcome wines. I loved working with Virgina on my trip to New York for the US Open! She had wonderful hotel recommendations and we LOVED our stay at the SoHo Grand hotel. We got our room upgraded when we checked in and she had wonderful dining and shopping recommendations as well! Will never take a trip without using Virginia ever
Virginia helped us with planning our honeymoon and she truly made everything perfect. My husband and I had a quick meeting with her, we told her all of the things we would like to do and she took care of everything. She also got our room upgraded and made everything seamless.
