Grace did a wonderful job curating my trip to Costa Rica--she found the perfect resort and arranged local transportation and excursions. While there we wanted to schedule additional excursions which she arranged too. I highly recommend using Grace--she is very knowledgeable and provides excellent service.

Traveling to Germany has always been a dream of mine, but as someone who deals with a fair amount of anxiety when it comes to international travel, I was nervous about the logistics and being far from home. Grace put all of those worries to rest. From start to finish, the trip was seamless. She was incredibly patient and attentive to my pace, while also managing to create a fun, engaging experience for the more energetic members of our group. Grace’s knowledge of Germany was invaluable. She helped us book and navigate the local train system (something I would never have managed on my own), made wonderful restaurant reservations, and arranged private tours that highlighted the history and culture of Munich. Most importantly, she was available throughout the trip for any questions or concerns, which gave me a tremendous sense of comfort. I would absolutely recommend her and would travel again with her in a heartbeat!

Grace Shay is an awesome travel agent and person. I first contacted her approximately five months before a planned trip to Europe with seven people. She assisted in travel arrangements, including putting together airline flights, train travel, and ground service. She recommended places and scheduled a local tour for us that we would never have found without her. Everything she recommended was top quality. Her patience was amazing. She kept in touch throughout our trip and when one of the group was having anxiety over her separate travel plans, Grace stepped in and smoothed everything over for her. ( the travel plans were already set correctly by Grace). Grace met and exceeded any reasonable expectation one could have for a travel agent and I highly recommend her for anyone planning a vacation. She is knowledgeable over most areas in the world, with personal experience in traveling to different continents and has amazing recommendations. We will absolutely use her again in future!
