The only hotel room in the city
Working with Shary is always an experience in excellence! She anticipates our needs and provides fantastic amenities. One trip in particular on our anniversary she got fabulous upgrades for us that we would never have gotten on our own. The most thankful I have been for Shary was when we were on a river cruise that came to an abrupt halt because of the water levels. All of a sudden thousands of people from all the river cruise lines were scrambling to find hotel rooms in Budapest. Thanks to Shary we got a wonderful room overlooking the river. That ended up being my favorite part of the whole trip! Three of my favorite words in the English language are "you've been upgraded". Working with Shary is always an upgrade!

We enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula very much. The breakfast for two we had 2 different mornings and have put the $100 toward our restaurant bill. The bedding in the hotel is spectacular one of the best ever! The staff was helpful and very polite. Without your special touch this stay wouldn’t have been possible so we thank you.

We traveled to the Mediterranean for our 50th wedding anniversary.
We sailed the Vista and it was the inaugural cruise for a week and then cruised two more weeks on the same ship. Shary was outstanding in planning our cruise as it was our wedding anniversary. From the very first call Shary handeled everything as to the location of our cabin, choice of cruise line and transportation questions. She suggested when to book the Speciality Restaurants. One evening she even arranged for an Anniversary and Birthday cake delivered to our dinner table with our friends. Those things really matter when choosing a travel agent. I would highly recommend Shary as she is meticulous and extremely qualified.
