Mediterranean Ocean Cruise Dream Vacation
From the beginning, Cindy was very responsive and knowledgeable regarding all of our questions for our Viking Ocean cruise to the Mediterranean. She was able to get us additional discounts and confirm added benefits. She was so patient regarding our endless questions about cruising in general helping us to navigate all the information out there on what to bring, what airlines would fit our circumstances and even calling Viking to help us out when we had issues we didn’t understand.
I believe Cindy to be an outstanding professional in the travel industry and I look forward to using her services in the near future. It is invaluable to have someone with her expertise coordinating your travel, she can make the difference between a “just ok experience” to total “trip of a lifetime”, she certainly did that for my husband and I.

Change of plans
We had originally booked a trip to Jamaica as a group to celebrate my daughter’s 40th birthday but unfortunately, the resort closed due to hurricane damage. Cindy was flexible and gave us different options for alternate destinations. We ended up going to Las Vegas, which was not my pick but was what my daughter chose.
Cindy handled all of the arrangements and booked us at the Aria, a gorgeous hotel with all of the amenities we wanted. The stay was wonderful, and we took Cindy’s recommendations on restaurants and activities. We ended up having a fabulous time and I am so pleased we chose Vegas after all. Cindy was spot on with travel plans, destinations, etc and was always available for any questions during the process. Cindy is simply the best!! We will use her services in the future for sure!

Understanding our upcoming cruise
Taking my first international cruise was very stressful so i reached out to Cindy. She welcomed me into her office which had huge monitors and a large wall hanging of the workd. She helped me understand the cruise portal and exactly where i would be traveling. Along with showing me the ports we would land at she zoomed in and I was able to get additional details on directions once we debarked (excursions, restaurants, landmarks, and historical destinations). That information was critical in ensuring that I was confident once leaving the ship.
I didn't want to take all my excursions through the ship. She provided a Tour link and suggested Tours which I did take. This recommendation allowed me to avoid huge crowds and waiting in line.
I absolutely will use Cindy when planning my next adventure.

The best honeymoon we could have ever asked for!
Cindy helped us in the time of wedding planning chaos with grace, patience, and joy. We have never gone through a travel agent before and we could not have had a better experience. Cindy brought our dream honeymoon together and it went seamlessly. She laid everything out so we knew what was happening from our flights, transportation to/from airport, hotel, ferry, etc. as we hopped around to Crete, Santorini and Athens. We didn’t have to think twice about a thing which was great as I (embarrassingly) didn’t truly pay attention until the day before we left. Cindy also provided activity suggestions, guided us through the trip, and was available early in the morning to help us figure out next steps as we missed our connecting flight home.

Best Trips with Cindy!
Cindy has been our travel expert for years and I don’t know what we would do without her. While many of us can find deals and book itineraries, to have Cindy manage all your travel needs, take care of all the difficulties, find all the extras, do it all timely while I count down days to the vacation is beyond amazing.

Anossa!
It was an easy decision to ask Cindy to shape our itinerary for Portugal! I've worked with Cindy several times, and each time gets better than the last! Our 10 day trip to Portugal included stays in Porto, Lisbon, and Lagos. She found us incredible hotels, with everything we asked for and more than we could even dream of! Cindy gave us great advice specific to Portugal -- again, another benefit of working with her. Cindy is well traveled and it shows! She's versed in places to stay, tours to experience, even restaurant recommendations. There really was no detail left unplanned, except for the days we wanted to just explore on our own.
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends
Cindy Mayhorn responded:K - such fun seeing all your pictures from the Portugal trip with your friends — they were amazing on Facebook! It looked like you ladies enjoyed some wonderful wine & food tours. I’m looking forward to following along on your next adventure — loved that we planned the Alaskan cruise for your next adventure! Wishing you a very Happy Holiday! Cindy
