Caroline planned two separate trips to Africa for me and my husband -- one to southern Africa (5 countries) and one to eastern Africa (5 countries) -- a few years apart. She first got to know us and our preferences, through extensive advanced planning and easy accessibility by phone. She then crafted experiences for us to exquisite properties in all parts of the continent, places that boasted the most professional, knowledgable, and lovely hosts, with transportation in between those places flawlessly stitched together, from jeep to plane, big and small. Every aspect of our trips was carefully detailed and available both on paper and iPad, and the schedule was easy to follow. She made herself and her in-country counterparts available to us 24-7, in case of a problem. But there were none! Caroline followed up afterwards, and allowed us to critique our experience so that future guests might have the same wonderful experience or an even better one. My husband and I have referred many friends to Caroline, and we always contact her first when we have a faraway, complicated destination in mind for travel. We are grateful for the amazing memories of which she has been a part!
