Elaina Day

My wife and I just returned from our 10-day trip to Alaska, and it exceeded our expectations on every level! Working with Elaina made all the difference. From coordinating flights and hotel transfers to managing details for traveling with friends, everything was handled seamlessly. When a slight glitch popped up with dinner reservations before we left, Elaina stepped in immediately to ensure every night was set up exactly as we wanted. We cruised with Princess, which was an awesome experience from start to finish. Staying on the Vancouver waterfront beforehand made for a stress-free beginning to the vacation. Our excursions through Princess were outstanding—the whale watching was well worth it! In Ketchikan, we spent the day shopping, enjoying the port, and even spotted a black bear having breakfast along the bank of the salmon creek. Adding the land portion at the end to see Denali was completely worth it. The train ride there was a highlight; enjoying breakfast and lunch on board while taking in the beautiful scenery was unforgettable. I highly recommend this itinerary, and I definitely recommend booking through Elaina to ensure your trip is as seamless and problem-free as possible!

Elaina coordinated our week visit with our son in Germany and Becca returning home while Darlene and I headed to London for a British Isle cruise on Princess. All travel plans work flawlessly and we had an enjoyable time visiting our son as well as visiting many sites that were on our bucket list.

Elaina was recommended by our friends to help with our next travel destination. We are experienced travelers and I was a little skeptical to the value an agent would really provide. I must say Elaina surprised us and delivered a 5-star trip to Portugal. The hotel locations she helped book were in great central locations and her recommendation to include a private transfer from Lisbon to Porto allowed us to experience and see the beautiful towns of Obidos and Aveiro on our way to Porto. We would highly recommend Elaina for your next travel plans abroad.

We had a cruise/land tour trip to Alaska for 2 weeks. This was a great trip with unbelievable sites and things to do. Probably the biggest highlight was an excursion to fly in and land on a glacier in a helicopter. We didn't see as many large animals as we hoped but the mountains, glaciers, and sights did not disappoint. Elaina set this all up with everything we needed from hot chocolate and special deserts to WIFI to keep in contact with home. We were on Princess ship and lodges and everything was great. Highly recommend going and having Elaina set it all up. Everytime I asked a question, she had already included it or had set it up for us.

Elaina, what can I say, she was amazing. She planed our entire trip from the flight to Athens,Greece to the Mediterranean cruise on Royal Caribbean to the trip to Rome and London and home. Elaina is very through, and knowledgeable, also easy to talk to, she knows her stuff. I already recommended her to my family and friends if they need a good travel agent.
