Embarking on a river cruise is like gliding through a storybook. Each day brings a new chapter with scenic views, local flavor and curated experiences.
Here's a snapshot of your perfect day:
Morning:
- Start the day anchored near a new city or scenic village.
- If you are an early riser, join in on a yoga or stretching class on deck.
- Or, enjoy early risers' coffee and pastries in the lounge.
- If you prefer a later start, enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the Restaurant.
- If you are a later riser, enjoy pastries in the Lounge.
- Join in on an optional morning excursion. You'll have a choice of a walking tour of a historic town, a visit to a castle, a cathedral or a local market. You may also choose a hike or bike tour. It's your day, you decide!
Afternoon:
- Return to the ship for a leisurely lunch featuring regional cuisine and wine, either in the Restaurant or a Bistro Lunch in the Lounge or perhaps, outdoors on the deck.
- Depending on your location, you may have booked an afternoon excursion.
- If sailing in the afternoon, join your fellow travelers on deck as you cruise by rolling vineyards, castles, and quaint riverside towns.
- Participate in an onboard enrichment experience such as a cultural talk, a cooking demo or an art demonstration.
- Maybe you will choose to have a spa treatment or relax on the sun deck.
Late Afternoon:
- Enjoy Afternoon Tea, accompanied by a musical performance brought to you by your onboard musician.
- Enjoy circuit training or a post-excursion stretch on the Sundeck.
Evening:
