INGREDIENTS
Makes one serving
- 1.5 ounces New York Distilling Company Jaywalk Rye
- 0.75 ounce Carpano Antica
- Vermouth (sweet vermouth)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Rinse of St. George Absinthe
- Lemon coin for garnish (a circular slice of peel)
DIRECTIONS
- Rinse a chilled Nick & Nora glass with absinthe and set aside.
- Add ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and stir for 30 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into prepared glass and garnish with a lemon coin.
