"Tom was great, our trip to Ireland was 10 times easier having used his services to help plan everything out beforehand. Hotels were wonderful, great staff and perfect locations. Car rental was extremely smooth, no issues with pick up, or drop off. We were able to relax the whole time and just enjoy our vacation knowing that he already took care of basically everything for us."

The most memorable experience
After finally deciding to take our first vacation to Europe it left us little time to plan and book our three week trip. My wife and I quickly realized we needed a lot of help and thankfully contacted Tom Schmidt from Tzell. After our first conversation I could see Tom was the right person. Basically we gave him an unorganized, poorly thought out list of requests that Tom turned into a memory of a lifetime. The logistics of our journey had us travel through Italy with perfect precision. Every suggestion he made on where to stay and how best to get there was flawless. As pleased as we were with our itinerary we were comforted with the support we received while traveling. In addition to the e mails reaching out to us there was the calls to our hotel prior to arriving. Our experience meant so much to my wife and I, there’s no doubt we have Tom to thank for it.

Once Again, An Amazing Journey
Tom is so much more than a travel agent. He always finds ways to make our trips special and is always available to us when help is needed. He cares and wants us to have a wonderful trip. And he's been doing it for us for many years. To many trips to count have been incredible because TOm really cares. He connects with concierge's all over the world making sure every crazy request we have is met. Simply put, he's the best.

So quick & efficient!
I volunteer for an organization that sends STEM students to a workshop in New York for future cosmetic chemists and every year, Tom takes on the responsibility of booking about 50 college students plane tickets, which is no easy task as many of these students haven't ever traveled before. He is always there to answer their questions and regularly communicates with me to make sure that I am in the loop. He has been such a pleasure to work with and every year, I am so thankful that we have him on our side!

A wonderful honeymoon
Tom set us up with a great hotel with everything we asked for and got us in touch with great people on the ground. We truly got to enjoy our honeymoon with time for relaxation and some great experiences (from getting to interact with elephants to enjoying traditional foods). Even before we left he made sure everything was in place and to keep us informed with how planning was going. Thank you so much!

A FLAWLESS honeymoon!!
We can't thank Tom enough for planning the most unforgettable honeymoon experience for us! From start to finish, everything was absolutely flawless. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged – flights, hotel bookings, car services – we didn’t have to worry about a single thing.
The hotels were incredible – each one perfectly matched our style and exceeded our expectations. Whether it was a beachfront resort or a charming boutique hotel, we felt pampered at every stop. The private transfers and car service were seamless and always on time, which made the entire trip feel smooth and stress-free.
What impressed us the most was how personalized the itinerary felt. Tom took the time to understand what we were looking for and delivered far beyond what we imagined. We truly felt like VIPs the entire time.

Wonderful trip Land & Cruise
Tom made the detailed planning very easy. The trip involved
flights, hotels,cruise, guided
tour and dining reservations.
Tansfers were arranged so
everything flowed very smoothly. We made some last munute changes and Tom made
it very easy to accomplish.

Perfect trip to Switzerland
After cancelling a trip to Punta Cana last minute, I reached out to Tom to see if he could help me plan a trip. Within days he planned out a trip to Switzerland and it was better than I could’ve imagined. His itinerary helped me see four different towns and make the most of each of them in just six days total. It was a wonderful and unforgettable vacation and I am so thankful for his help!

When I reached out to Tom all that I knew was I wanted to go on a trip to Europe.
Not only did he find me the perfect 3 week trip through Europe, but he helped me plan every step of the way. He found me an amazing priced flight, a super convenient hotel in London, and then a tour group for my age that went throughout 7 countries and 10 cities.
Tom helped me plan the trip of a lifetime and I couldn’t imagine having done any of this without him!

He also followed us throughout our trip to ensure we were well cared for (e.g. making recommendations for restaurants, faster ways to travel between countries and dealing wit COVID testing).

Mother / Daughter road trip

Wonderful family trip to CA
