I continued my journey south of Lisbon, heading into the peaceful Alentejo region, with a quick stop at the vibrant market in Setúbal. It was easily one of the cleanest and most beautiful markets I’ve ever visited—bright, bustling, and full of fresh local produce and seafood. I also visited a tile-making workshop, where I got to try my hand at creating my own souvenir. It was such a fun and unique experience!
While in Setúbal, I had the chance to hop on a yacht for an afternoon of sailing. Watching dolphins play in the cove as we sailed across the sparkling water was pure magic. Eventually, we docked at a hidden gem of a place, accessible only by boat, where I enjoyed a leisurely lunch with breathtaking views of the sea. It was one of those perfectly relaxed afternoons that will stick with me long after the trip is over.
